At CSTILE, each booking is reserved exclusively for your event and requires planning, inventory allocation, and scheduling. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.

• More than 5 days before the event date: Eligible deposits will be refunded in full.
• Between 2 and 5 days before the event date: 50% of the booking value will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 2 days before the event date: The booking becomes non-refundable and no refund will be provided.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

CSTILE reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
